I put 8 seeds in 17 days ago and only got one sprout, should I wait longer ? Thanks

Hey dude when you say you put them in, do you mean in water or straight in soil?

@Dinky hey! I did the whole hydrogen peroxide thing and water and then paper towel thing …. I put blood and bone in the soil though , I’m not sure if that’s affected it

Cant comment on the blood and bone but i did use it yeeeeears ago and it worked even for the seedlings if i remember correctly.
Well shoot dude it sounds like you did everything right, just dont put unpopped seeds in the dirt tho.
Who did you buy them off? 1 out of 8 is awful if you done everything right I’d say that warrants a refund tbh.
Only other thing i could imagine is maybe your water temps were too cold for the seed to sprout or something? Just speculating

Yeh I did it that exact way the time before but without blood and bone and you are right the temps haven’t been ideal and maybe over watered . Just more wondering if I should wait or try to retrieve them haha if I can @Dinky I got them off meediseed man and have been happy with the company so far so probably something I did
Temps are important we generally keep seeds cold to avoid them popping.
17 days is a long time, if you put them in without a tail it wouldn’t hurt to check

@ lol true I keep mine in the fridge
Before I put them in there I gave each pot a really good water and then only let them dry inside for 3 days before I put seed in , I’m guessing it was too much
