Gelato, skittles, wedding cake auto question

Yes 1/1 will work. Let me know when you have some numbers, try to get a couple inches into the soil were it’s moist.

There you go! It’s confirmed, ph is good. Maybe let it set overnight and double check.

So ph isn’t your problem maybe it’s just young and confused or that’s just the color the plant is. Iv had plant that were a different shade of green and completely healthy.

I wouldn’t worry until you see a bigger sign of problems but it’s always worth going back to basics and checking for problem first.

Morning! Just doing a dli check for the beginning of week 3 (for 2 plants)

According to the chart 30 is the low end. Should be ok? Girls look good I think but not a lot of node spacing. I swear that gelato stink’s already!

I’m having a hard time keeping the leaves out of the soil.

They look good!

You could decrease the light to stretch the plant above the soil.

It’s at 40 percent now when I get home I’ll turn it down one and see where the dli is at.

Distance from light can also have an effect on this even tho DLI is proper, I try to keep my light at least 24 inches away.

I’m probably over 50 inches away at 50% on day 8.

You have any of these soft green plant ties?

If I have leaves touching soil I bend the green ties in a U shape. Just shape it in the size you need, push the two ends in the soil under the leaf, and it’s a perfect platform.

That’s kinda what I’m using, aluminum drop from the shop. I just don’t have them in the right shape. Thanks!

So why so high for this grow? Just curious.

I have a plant still flowering out so the seedling get what they get. But it’s more than enough for them at this point.

Hey again! When can I top these? I’m in the middle of week 3.

I would wait a little and let them grow away from the soil before you slow upward growth!

Thanks again as always! So I came home to this today. That leaf had water droplets all over it like condensation looking.

I turned my fan up also raised my light up to 26 inches yesterday. Hopefully that helps

What’s your temp and humidity?

The plant is transpiring more than the environment will allow in a vapor.

Plant is using a lot of water
Because of either temperature, light intensity, or humidity is too high for the temperature or the light intensity.

Humidity is at 50 percent temp is 77
