I have 2 roots when I checked last night. How’s yours coming along? @Caligurl
Got my EarthBoxes all cleaned and new screens cut. Thanks for that idea @GreenJewels
Milk seed sank by morning @TheAbu95
Whats the milk/peroxide ratio . I get the point though. I was straight up running like a solo cup of water through that shot glass of medium then adding the dome. I never thought about the roots needing to search for water. Normally when i transplant into my final container ill water in a circle however wide the branches are, then when it reaches the sides ill start watering to run off and waiting for it to dry out.
In the grand scheme of things though in the next few days ill understand it better. Im a visual learner, i just gotta wait on the seeds to crack. Should be ready to rock this evening!
Lush and healthy Brother
WTH??? I checked and I have nothing on either one… what did you differently? I just put mine in straight perlite… no water. Did you water?
Moist perlite. Then bottom water a couple tbs when I watered others. It got 30 ml EWC Kelp tea drench bout two wks ago. You can see the color change of perlite
Days of rain and this morning couldn’t get heat up inside. Then I noticed the heat pump might be having an issue
Booo. Something clogged up?
Or froze!
They aren’t typically as good in the cold but they should still work.
It was putting out warm, but it also never got up to temperature or shut off. Edit I poured boiling water to deice.
Let it thaw for a bit. When you to restart see if fan spins or just sits and hums. The start capacitors for fan motors fail all the time. Is roughly $20 fix. If not is probably low on refrigerant or has a restriction somewhere.
I just got a new capacitor in this summer last well you know. I can throw a gauge, but it’s been working fine. I think with all the rain and the fan spinning in reverse that it just froze up from that. Have regular heater operating for the next day or two.
Did you guys get any snow down there? Saw myrtle beach had snow.
