Rigid mounds on them doesn’t help. If you’re not comfortable having them suspended then next best thing is use some rubber mat between the base and mounting surface.
I did use 2” rubber buffers. Should have suspended for sure!
Took some looking for what I got to dampen sound vibrations for hard connections and between drywall layer
Also saw this @Low
F’n G tape I’ve used this stuff in field.. lol.

It was cheaper than the dynamat roll for my needs. Needed 20 mil Butyl so it fit
I didn’t even use dynamat when I was doing my subs in cars. I get it.
Hell, no, I polyfoam those panels/bumpers in mine
Sometimes our convos bring me back to when times were good. I can appreciate that. ![]()

They’re outta stock on the 550 Phresh and have been at least a yearDid find one listed as new on the bay listed new with dents… if they took it from the sealed plastic then a no go for me.

Into cart then.
Surface area is king beyond anything else. Ion gaf
Yeah, I need to maintain same ish variables but system baffled to compensate a small drop
Honestly I’d almost consider diy if you can actually get the carbon on bulk for cheap. I’ve tried here but it outweighs costs of getting filters. Australian carbon used to be 60-70% cheaper than filters. 5g bucket filters for the win- or used to be.
Last time I checked it wasn’t cheaper but ACI recently may have tipped the scales. Last time I priced it with Australian charcoal bulk aquarium supply.
