Flowering plant green caterpillars advice

I’ve just been picking them off/checking daily. Definitely losing bits and pieces of buds.

When I harvest, and cure/dry, do I need to worry about the caterpillars still? I have to imagine they’ll still thrive as long as there’s consumable plant material unless something about the drying/curing makes it unpleasant for them.

They say not to premix cause it loses strength and after 7 days its gone, I’ve used it for years right up to 10 days before harvest but thats me. I find worms and eggs at night by shining a bright flash light up
thru the leaves and worms show right up and so do stink bug eggs.
