Well this is 30 gallons . For this specific feed being in 3rd week of flower is my first feed introducing bloom booster and flower finisher. The package says start at week 4 but i always like starting early cause organics takes a minute to break down and be available.for uptake . Id rather it be already there for the plant to take what it wants rather than waiting for it .
This specific batch was 10 tablespoons of power si silica . ( always mix silica first! ) . Then i put approx 15 tablespoons of microbe charge ( roots organics ) . 6 tablespoons of natures brix ( greengro biologicals) . Then last feeding i used allot of the bloom from ( greengro biologicals) so this time i did like 15 tablespoons of bloom from ( roots organics ) . Or sometimes ill do like 7-8 of each from both lines . It just depends on how im feeling and whats left in the bag without opeing another etc . I also did about 6 tablespoons of green amino ( greengro biologicals) . Which will probably be my last time using it . You can use it all the way through but its most important in earlier stages , veg , then maybd atretch of flower . But ive been extremely heavy feeding probably doing more than twice as much as they can even need . Which is ok cause the soil is being recycled for my outdoor grows anyway so why not right ? Id rather it be there and it not need it then to need it and it not be there especially the way i blast my plants with the highest possible ppfd intensity i can . Lol .
Anyway then i added about 6-7 tablespoons of flower finisher ( greengro biologicals) and about 7 tablespoons of bloom booster ( roots organics ) .
Then topped off with 6 tablespoons of great white mycorrhizae which i apply every 3-4 weeks . Ph to 6.2 and feed .
Its a mix and match process so i can uhtilize the best of both worlds . They are both excellent lines and either 1 by itself will do great . But i cant figure out which 1 i like better . They both have points that id rather use mord of this durinh the esrlier stages or more of that during finishing stages . For example ill use mostly natures brix and green amino during earlier life than toeards the end use allot more of the roots organics line . For 1 the roots orgsbics is a touch more stronger and the flower finisher from greengro biologicals is more expensive but i still want that littld bit of flare from the ingredients they use that isnt in the bloom booster .
But now since i just confused the shit out of you with the roller coaster ride of twist , turns , and loops of exactly how i use it ill break it down to a more simplicity of basics of what im actually following .
*Natures brix= im basically doing a tablespoon per 5 gallon bucket. Which is pretty much what its instructions are .
- Same thing with green amino is 1 tablespoon per 5 gallon.
( those are the basics or a teaspoon per gallon especially in earlier life )
-
veg/grow = this i probably do maybe 4-6 times during veg . Ill do roughly a dozen to 15 tablespoons maybe 4-6 times during my veg cycle . Instructions say 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon per gallon . But with decent soil and 7 gallon pots thats more than needed ! Way more !
-
Bloom ( greengro biologicals) = the instructions for this is more of top dressing n such but when Chris Rozzio suggested he said a week before flip add 2 tablespoon to 5 gallon bucket then brew . Then in flower 1 tablespoon per 5 gallon which is pretty much what i follow . Throughout till last week or 2 of grow .
-
Bloom ( roots organics ) = instructions say 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon per gallon of watef . Which i may do upwards of about 15 tablespoons max because 1) im feeding every single time i water . And 2) im also using the other bloom from greengro .
( BOTH )
-
bloom booster ( roots organics ) = Is 1 teaspoon per gallon .
-
flower finisher ( greengro biologicals ) = 1 teaspoon per gallon .
( so 30 gallons is 10 tablespoons in which ill do like 5 of each brand of in this specific case ill start with both then use mostly the roots organics bloom booster through most of my feedings but then around week 6 do another good dosage of the fliwer finisher before doing the last feeding or 2 with the roots organivs bloom boister agaij then stop . Water only
-
microbe charge ( roots organics ) . 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon per gallon . Ill usually start using this towards emd of seedling going into veg stage . Because it has a little nitrigen compound to it . Again ill top out at 15 tablespoons per 30 gallon or aka 1.5 teaspoon per gallon cause all the other stuff im feeding . Ill stop this towards week 7 of flower to .
Power si silica . 1 teaspoon per gallon from start till as long as you can afford it cause that sh#t is f-ing expensive as freaking all hell ! Lol like this batch right here is probably my last using of power si silica . Through strech cause 150 dollar litre mixing 30 gallons goes quick ! Yeah actually i have about as much money in silica i used as it cost to buy all the bags of nutes that im going to have plenty left over nutes to fo my outfoor grow with to . Lol . So yeah as long as you can afford it . Or skip it to every other week or something lol .
- great white mycorrhizae = this i use to make my transplant tea mix , sprinkle on roots and in hole of transplant , then only add it to teas every 3-4 weeks as instructed at half teaspoon per gallon . Or 6 tablespoons per 30 gallon .
So having laid all that out there this is what i am suggesting . You dont need near what im doing ! Id simply follow the 1 tablespoon per 5 gallon bucket 1 time a week for the natures brix and green amino . Drop the aminos right after flip to flower .
I would follow the 1 teaspoon per gallon once a week for the rest of it and then maybe once your cranking right before flip do a bice heavy 1 tablespoon per gallon preflip and after flip pk boosting then go back to the basics 1 tablespoon per 5 gallon bucket for natures brix 1-2 tablespoons per 5 gallon on the blooms then at week 3 the 1 teaspoon per gallon on the bloom boosters . That was the simple basic foubdation chris rizzio gave me that got me through my second grow which you remember how that came out right ? Came out fine!
But thats what i suggest least your plants actuslly show signs or you just want to go heavy once a month just for a piece of mind that its there . The way im doing it is wayyyy more than actually needed . Even at high intensity and co2 im still giving well more thsn needed . And again all this soil im using is going strsigjy to my backyard in 30-60+ gallon pots and growing everything from corn, pepppers, warermelon , sun flowers , a variety of other fliwers , veggies , fruits , and more cannabis perfectly fine with me only coming bsck to feed 1 time a month . So you should be more than fine with the little foubdation i suggested rather than how much im sctuslly using .
