I found out that my timer was off - it was still 12/12/, but 4:45 PM to 4:45 AM. And that is how I found I had a power failure! I saw that my temperatures on the controller app were weirdly shifted.
I waited till they were “sleeping” before I readjusted the time on the timers, I figured a couple of extra hours of sleep won’t harm then.
All tops are flowering. I put the full tilt flowering formula in today. I’m still using 2/3 strength of the 3 gallon formula for the 4 gallons. I checked my tap water TDS, up a bit at the moment at 195 ppm.
I was checking the valves and noted some roots coming out from over the pot sock so I know my roots are much happier this grow.
The above post was sitting on my phone wondering why I never posted it. D’oh!
In the meantime, today is the last day of the first true week of flowering. They are 10 weeks old. Lilli is 33 inches tall, and Pixi is 32. I raised the lights again.
Wh ere are those? Are they in the water? Kind of looks like a generic flat white worm found in aquariums. They show in abundance due to water high in nutrients but they feed on bacteria so many people leave them as is. Can you get a closer picture?
First, thank you everyone for the kind well wishes. I think we have a bit of a bumpy road ahead. Thank goodness the hospital is 5 minutes away. I’m heading out in a few minutes.
Second, turns out they are spingtails! Apparently as @Caligurl said they’re harmless. No idea how they got there, and why one pot has them and the other doesn’t.
It’ll will freak you a bit opening the lid and seeing them swarm around the water!
Update: Husband is in critical condition and his vital signs have been fluctuating wildly. He does know who I am and can talk a little bit, sometimes it’s total nonsense.
Next 48 - 72 hours are of utmost importance.
He was telling me this morning that he can’t do it. I told him that’s what I said when I was trying to deliver an 8lb 8oz baby, but I had no choice and neither does he.
