I would water feed next round. The PH of 6.3 is at the bottom of the range and would adjust the input to 6.8-7.0. What’s your water source PPMs? I rarely feed over 850 PPMs and my water source is 160 of that. Once you get that PH around 6.5 in the root zone and feeding around 800-850 you shouldn’t notice any deficiencies.
Okay thankyou my water ppm is high its at 246 but ill do that ill feed water only with ph of 7.0 to bring it up. Should i continue with calmag?
What nutrient line are you using? Some have calcium and magnesium
General hydroponics flora trio which has plenty what was weird was i had a magnesium deficiency and ate my leaves up! But it settled out now. Mightve been because of my ph not taking up those certain nutes
This is generally 75 % of deficiencies in my opinion
So this is how my plants are looking i tackled the one before it took all of my leaves thankfully i need to do some defoilating since they arent going to come back but hopefully my 2nd grow ill learn from my mistakes and all the help you guys given me
Theyre all in sleep mode right now but theyre all perky when lights come on my northern lights is loving the sun and is definitely bigger than the ones flowering! And shes still in veg!
Hello friend i was curious so my one plant is still eating itself and has purple leaves and my guess is phosphorus deficiency from my ph because my ppms are good put ph was at 6.0 now i got it up to 6.3 my next feed should i just use water and feed at 7.0? Just need reassurance. I feel like what i put in my soil turns it back to 6.2 6.3 everytime because ive been working to correct this. I have many weeks of flower left and hate to see a very beautiful plant eat itself away
I honestly thought it was a calmag problem but after seeing purple i believe i now know that it has to be my ph not allowing certain nutrients i put in
@Bjenks540 I get better smoke when I let plants feed from there self’s versus keeping them feed up but everyone has there own way my friend happy growing
I just dont want my plant to die out before it finishes ya know? Right now her buds are massive and only in the start of week 5 of flower come Tuesday
You’re good @Bjenks540 just keep doing what you’re doing my friend happy growing
Post some pics Growmie, what was the last run off PPMs
I will send pics once i get off work but runoff ph is at 6.3 and i have to check my book but i believe around 1100 ppm
Heres the pics my friend. It doesnt look good.. it has to be my ph right? Ive only given it 7.0 feed twice and it only went up .3 so 6.3 right now
Or is it too much nutes?
Need exact runoff numbers to know for sure but it’s totally possible the EC is too high, which would cause the low ph also. 6.3 is still a bit low for soil, so it still needs to come up more. You could scratch a teaspoon of lime in the top of soil to raise it a bit faster.
Edit, I just saw this was to @OGIncognito , sorry Brother, didn’t mean to cut in on you! I was talking to him earlier, didn’t pay attention.
@Growdoc My runoff is 6.3 with ppms of 1158 i will record my ec as well next time. I honestly wasnt ph my water i thought 6.0 was good enough so left it alone until i was told otherwise a few weeks back. You live and learn haha im trying to just feed water to bring ppm down because i know its high for some reason my other plant is thriving off of 1000 ppm but this one doesnt like it or its not taking it up because of the ph
