First Time Grower Maui Wowie

Hello friends, I’m growing for the very first time outside. I used the A pot for pot kit and so Far after 3 weeks she’s looking marvelous. But I topped her yesterday :grimacing: and wondering If I should start LST. I don’t want to do too much too soon, but I also want to maximize her potential. Let me know what you think…

New myself so wouldn’t say my advice is 100% but You could bend her over and tie it down but I wouldn’t go to crazy still pretty young

First, welcome to the community @Yumbum17! Your plant looks healthy and happy.

Personally, I top, tie, and lollipop all at once if the plant is strong and healthy. If it’s a so so strain or a weak plant, I’ll space it out and let the plant tell me when.

Im sorry but bending her puts a shat ton of stress. Just had one go hermie i was playing with had her 3weeks in and banana time. I would use a twist and a small stake like wooden skewers and stake her. Loose though…like this.

Welcome! I’m on my first grow, here’s the mini Maui I have flowering currently for a little motivation! I FIM’d this one and have 5-6 large ass colas rocking along for such a small plant (1gal pot)

And my “house (Maui) plant” still vegging…not sure if I’m going to flip after the tent is empty or run this outdoor until fall…

None of the above, it’s almost July she’s gonna start preflower in two weeks. If you want any size let her go and don’t stress her.

Good luck

Almost looks like water or nutes spilled on the leaves. Since your keeping the plants outdoors I would check for insects periodically also.

Cannabis doesn’t like wet leaves one they hit veg.

Other than the minor discoloration they look good

Agree, a little splash burn. Those lower 1st set of leaves have basically served their purpose…you can remove those. Healthy and great looking plant :love_you_gesture:
