You’ll want a fan to exchange co² depleted warm air inside of your grow with fresh cooler air from outside of your grow constantly. They can be found pretty inexpensively, but if you want something quiet with good speed control price will increase. Do you need a carbon filter to help with scent? Some people don’t but your plants will definitely stink once you get a few weeks into flowering. A circulation fan inside of grow is a good idea too. Doesn’t need to be anything special, just wiggle the plant leaves a couple times per minute. I also agree that tds/ec and ph tester would be a good idea.
For your light you said household leds. Are you planning to diy with something like a21 bulbs?
