I’m completely new to growing and I’m currently panicking I’ve upset this auto flower. It’s only just 3 weeks old.

Looks good. Got her early and that is good as an auto has a timer. I would not defoliate much from here. Just train her and get as much growth as you can while you can. Just my thoughts.

Thanks guys, I was a bit surprised by how the stem reacted, I’m a complete newbie so I wasn’t sure if she was too close to the soil or the bend was too harsh. Appreciate the input !

Looks good! mine was very similar. It was supposed to be an auto but I ended up have to do a 12/12 schedule to get it to flower. If I were to do it again I would have planted the seedling further to one side of the pot to have more room for training, hind sight is 20/20 though. Good luck on the grow!
