In SW usa super hot. I’ve been battling humidity by placing 4 bowls of H20 in tent kinda like a humidor. Change it daily and my humidity has gone from under 40% to over 60-70%. So far it’s a good thing,not sure how others would feel.
My girls @ first were lil yellow but cut back H20 and they’re great. Your at a great place to start a grow. Very knowledgeable and helpful people here.
Thx. Yea I have a bowl with a wet towel hanging from bent clothes hanger with a bowl of water underneath in there to help wit humidity. It was working great until I started venting my tent I may add a couple more until I find a humidifier I can use for a good price
I got s 30$ humidifier from cvs humidity is averaging 50 now.
Their color is off and their leaves are twisting. Can anyone tell me what they think? Day 14 from germination
16 days in soil from germ. Advice is welcome… @ what should I look for that was signal my seedling is going into vegetative? What are the signs? I can’t seem to find a definitive answer online. Thx
Your seedling looks fairly healthy.
You can strengthen the stem by keeping a fan blowing in your tent, just enough so she waves at you.
The rest is up to your lighting, soil and watering.
She’ll grow more, keep up the good work!
Thx!! Yeah I have one blowing above the plants kinda a the cfls. But I guess it’s safe to say that most everyone on their first grow worries about every little thing LOL I know I have been
I am almost to day 21 from germ. When do I start nutes?
Can anyone tell me when my seedlings are officially in Veg??? I’ve read ppl say when they produce 3 leaves per and 5 leaves. Also I’ve heard once feeder leaves drop not sure what is correct. Anyone know??
I typically say you are in veg once you have 4-5 sets of true leafs which is the same point which topping and feedings are usually classed as safe to start
Did you germinate your seeds first. Are you using nutrients soil? More then likely not. Don’t feed it fertilizers or nutrients until the first node comes in

it’s around the fourth node as it seems to not be growing probably because
of light. It doesn’t look to mw ur over feeding or having water issues. pH

Thx. They seems to still be growing. I have 2 100w equivalent cfl lights for each of the 3 plants. I am going to use a 300w led along with the cfls when they r a lil older
I have to stress the importance of an all natural nutrient fed grow. Just like studies for humans eating gmo and enhanced fertilized food. It’s just not good for us. The taste and look of it and how healthy it comes i use a variation of sugar water and a little bit of whole milk. Also a 1:20 ratio of human urinewater. Urine has all the three sources phosphates, nitrogen and potassium. But urine does come with responsibility since it is also high in salt content when it dries you want to make sure your flushing it once a month at least
