Yeah i saw those ones for reptile aquariums but i wasnt sure about em cause they all said “fog” machine, Ill look into them now though. Never heard of the inkbird but that seems sweet! Is it pricey? @ThatsNotMineOfficer
@Pixiesfreak hey welcome to the community, I run close to same set up, few things if can download photone app it’s free will help with DLI getting your light at correct level and intensity. I grow autos same mix pack, I transplant at about 2 weeks and I also use FFOF and FFHF, soil is good for about 3-4 weeks only need to add cal mag, and maybe some fish sh**, that’s what I use. Don’t worry about high humidity, its great for when they are young they need high humidity when little, they absorb most of water thro leaves while roots get establish. If you can keep humidity above 60% you can pull off plastic bags. On watering you are on the right track use spray bottle and just spray the edge of your cup. Good luck and happy growing
Ive heard of fish sh!@, ill grab some. Any recommendations on the cal mag? What about mycorhizae, i know to use it for transplanting but someone told me i can add it to my water well before i start nutes. Is this accurate? Thanks @Kingkupa
Also I do you one better, go to xtreme gardener . Com can’t post link but you know what I mean they have a Free sample pack, you pay shipping around 7-8 dollars well worth it, have micro everything from water to transplant and even a tea in that pack. I think it ships from California, live in KY takes about a week to show up
Yes, only thing I would add,is depending how much you have it will help now, but will be more beneficial later. mycorhizae Is fungi thats help roots turn what in your soil to food, so that’s why I say yes now, but more beneficial later when your plant is bigger and doing more photosynthesis. I hope your reading for science class all over again lol
Gage looks healthy and thriving! Roots are definitely enjoying the environment you’ve given em, let the leaves stretch out a bit more once they’re past the edges of the cup transplant em to a 1, 3, 5, or 7 gal pot, you’re gonna grow some dank
Ok so i transplanted yesterday and everything went well. Added some myco to the root balls and did a light watering after.
Today i was planning on giving them a dose of cal mag as i was told FFOF is lacking in this area. I was wondering though if i should water them till i get run off or just a gallon each? Im pretty unsure the best way to water these 5 gallons i just switched to, so any advice would be appreciated.
( leaf discoloration is from ph down, oops)
I wouldn’t water them to run off there still young. I just transplanted some I give them about an oz or two of just ph water.
for a few days and in crease it an oz or 2 when watering again. As far as the Cal-Mag I would wait until later to give any or if you notice a problem.
Plants looking great, agree with deepsix no need for cal mag now, and don’t water tell run off yet. The roots will be searching and spreading out over next the few days a week. I water on the lift test pot feels heavy no water, when it light water. Just make sure to water around your plant to help those root stretch out and you will be set.
