First grow (big bud auto)

It looks like you are in soil. That will help you with this girl. I have one that is almost a week old. I grew it once before. It was about 42" across and tall. I did a lot of lst for her. A little bit down shows her colas. They were nice sized. I will be following here. Yours is looking great

I wouldn’t cut anything. Just tuck if you can. But you can cut off a couple fan leaves if you absolutely have to. Just don’t do too many at a time. I can’t wait to see what she does!

Attempted LST as best I could. I’m afraid to touch her lol!. More importantly

what is happening with the leaves on this side?

After researching I think I may have overdid the nutrients a little (PH is 6.5 which i thought was perfect) so I’m gona do a mini flush the next week and see if it helps. I don’t think I’m over or under watering but if anyone thinks thats what it may be instead anu input is appreciated

Get the pot off the ground if you can. That way air can flow around it. Let it dry out thoroughly to be sure. Its still doing good. Hope that helps!

Ok I moved everything to a warmer spot so no worries on temp or humidity control anymore yay.

However I’m still worried about the potential nutrient burn I induced as it is spreading to other leaves. The ph is perfect at 7.5 though so idk why its happening u less it was just a temporary OD of nutrients and its just running its course so to speak.

I raised the bag like suggested thanks again. Also its going into week 6 now and these are supposed to flower fairly quickly so kinda curious about how tall she might get because the light is maxed out at this point to prevent burning.

Thanks for all the help

Also I clearly failed at LST.

Is it too late to do it or should I just do it earlier next time?

Lookin good! I would start lst sooner. Also 7.5 PH is a little high for soil. I ph 6.2-6.8. Not sure about nute burn. The new growth is looking good. She is quite bushy!!

So I’m pretty new to this so if I’m wrong hopefully someone will correct me…The 7.5 ph from your tap is too high. you want to ph the water after you put the nutrients in and before you feed it to the plants. Your looking for about 6.5. Also a small fan gently moving the plants around will help build strong stems and branches

Let me test it after I add the nutes and see what it is

Here we are im guessing about halfway through flowering since it looks like she stopped stretching . Just switched to fox farm big bloom today.
Feeding 1 gal every 2 days right now. Feeding every other watering.

I pruned all of the dead fan leaves off and tucked the rest for now. I’ve read mixed reviews on pruning during flowering so not sure if I should do it again or not.

Are you sure? That looks like about week 2 of flower for a BB auto. Or going by the 2 that I have done. It is a 8 - 10 week flowering girl. Mine went from looking like yours to really filling in the next week. You will love the colas you get from her. I did a big bud auto in my first grow too. I was impressed with it and have wanted to do another since. I finally have one back in the tent now. Mine is only 5 weeks old. About another 2 weeks before it starts to flower if it is like my other one. Yours is looking good :+1:
