First grow (big bud auto)

Ok here we are, i hope near harvest lol. I’m still working on patience. I’m flushing now with ph balanced water. Keeping Temps between 65 and 70 F
Humidity around 40%
I’m seeing some heat stress so I reduced lights to a 16/8 schedule to help.

I’m estimating trochomes at about 30 percent amber/brown at this point.

As always any thoughts and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

If you are now flushing. You are way early. You will see the pistols turn more orange and start curling before you are ready to flush. My guess would be you are still about 2 weeks out or so. I could have let this go another week. but my friends like more towards a energetic high. This one here was at 10 weeks of flower. My guess is she will still fatten up some. I guess I should see how long you flush for. I only do a week in coco. I would still be feeding till you had a lot more orange pistols though :slightly_smiling_face:

I’m so impatient I’m convincing myself it’s ahead of schedule lol.

I I’m only on my second pure water feeding. You were right before so ill take your advice and add in the nutes for another week or 2 and post up again.

Don’t feel bad. I get a little froggy too still  I am finishing up on a Moby Dick. I go in to start the flush. Then go, I will go one more feed day and then start. I am getting closer. But each day I see a little change tells me to wait a little longer. Patience is not my strong point lol

Alright! Idk if she’s ready but I’m ready to harvest lol.

I cant tell with my eyes what percent of the trichomes on the top buds are brown. But I’m guessing around 50% ish.

When you chop remember that trichs will continue to mature. So if you’re 50% amber i would chop now! But that’s my preference. Looks great! Can’t wait to see cured bud!

Oh ok I didn’t know that! Thanks for the info.
I was planning on tommorow morning but maybe ill do it tnite. I’ll be wet trimming them also for my first harvest because I feel it will be easier to work with. And I don’t have worry about moisture as much since I’ll be drying in the tent.

Ok it’s done! Actually been hangin out for a few days now. I wet trimmed all the fan leaves and most of the bigger sugar leaves. I’ll dry trim and touch up the rest before curing.

I didn’t weigh anything before hanging but if you have any guesses of how much it might be I’m curious because I really don’t know what to expect but either way it has been an amazing first experience and I thank you

I accidentally forgot to post that previous message until now soooo. Fast forwarding another week from that picture I have trimmed again and put into two Mason Jars. I’ll weigh everything after I’m done curing . But it’s looking like a decent amount.
