First Feed in coco coir solo cup

Hello, I am in my first grow in coco and perlite (Have had many in soil) I have 5 Auto seedlings that are 6 days old, so I am arguably ready to give them their first feeding. They have first true leaves and all look healthy. I have been keeping the soil moist with distilled water. I have a few questions because everyone has different opinions. What is your system?

Do I feed at 1/4 strength nutrients?
Do I measure the PPM and then the PH?
How many ml should I feed?
Considering these are in solo cups I will be using a small amount of the gallon, can I use this mix in future feedings?

Thank you in advance
Drew.

What nutes are you using? With jacks I just wait till they have a few nodes. Then I slowly ramp up to full power. But I also bottom feed

I am using Advanced Nutrients, I do plan on bottom feeding in their final pot but just top feeding for now.

Good luck on your new journey!
I dunno 'cuz I use soil mix but those look like important questions.

I use top feed jacks. Full strength after 3-4 nodes. I use a turkey baster and just drop 10-12 drops, in a ring, just outside the leaves edge.

I’m a bit different, I start them from day one in coco on Jacks at 400 EC and increase it every other feeding. I tend to ease them into full strength. I’ve had some nitrogen toxicity starting full strength that young.

Yeah, I have read plenty of people who use your method or somewhere close to that. . Others that are waiting 2 weeks, or to the 3rd node. . . It’s interesting how different growers are.
