Field of Dreams Grass Grow…

What gave me the idea was I actually tried putting it outside to see if I couldn’t get any roots to start forming . Just messing around really . But it lasted fine for some weeks in a spot that was partially shaded . Then I added a little nutes and finally gave up . Guess to get roots you have to rub a little clone x of something and put into plugs ?

Please explain this electroculture thing a little more . What’s it supposed to do exactly ? Make it feel like it’s going to get the good ole sparky electric chair death if it doesn’t perform well ? :joy: Kidding !
Maybe a light current kinda makes it more active for more nutrient intake or something? Is just my guess . Then I guess I could see it may have bug repellent property. Fill me in dude . Btw they look fine to me .

I was able to get a few better shots with my crappy camera . Is a bit of improvement. :+1:

So I struggled and failed the biggest thing is to keep the light low and by doing that the roots grow instead of the greens. I use clonex and the walmart root enhancer also learned to poke a hole first so all the clonex doesn’t get wiped off. I then put them in my sprout dome to get the low light and humidity. Found cutting the leaves is important

Ok so it does what I kind of thought it might. A light stimulating for more uptake . Interesting! Though i originally thought it would need to be connected to a small battery or something rather than just the natural magnetic pulls . I think I will give this a shot next outdoor season . Will do a few next to a few controls . Thanks for idear there duder :+1:

Well I think I spoke to soon . Right after post the video talked about how it kills microbes . I’m a living soil and 100 percent organic amendments grower . That leaves me out . But is still interesting and I’d like to see how you do with your gals there .

Very interesting video @Caligurl , it did offer some different opinions about the Mycorrhizal population being detrimentally impacted where as the vids @ravenchief posted suggested they benefited as well. Then his thoughts on the oxidation of the copper, I guess when it turns green will the same affects be present? I have some hunting in front of me lol.

Its just a copper wire correct? Isnt that just an element? What kills microbes? Copper poisoning? Just asking questions.

My buddies who grew late 90s all put nails in every pot for added iron. Help or hurt? I wouldnt know.

@Took1-4theteam beautiful bud shots.
@Fieldofdreams. Always a busy man. I like your willingness to experiment :wink:

I’ve heard good things about it. I actually bought this cone-shaped thing to wrap the wire around for a more decorative look. I found many videos both for it and against it so the best thing to do is try it yourself. I have a few made and I’m going to try a side-by-side of two grape plants I have.
