Pretty sure i need to feed nutrients could anyone give me some extra info may be wrong just been giving it water. For the past 3 weeks

If you throw up the type of soil, that can be helpful, also.
Some soils themselves are a little hot.
It looks like a bit of burn on the tips rather than yellowing. You shouldn’t have to feed for the first 4 to 6 weeks from your last transplant when in FF Happy Frog. If you’ve fed nutes at all it could have cause the tip burning. It really isn’t bad, and if it is limited to just a few leaves I wouldn’t worry about it. LST or topping won’t necessarily increase nute demand.
Can you post a pic of the whole plant? I really don’t see a problem, though you really should be measuring pH and PPM.
If it’s FFOF or Happy frog, it’s possible it could be nutrient burn. Even if you haven’t fed.

to me it does look to be a slight touch of nute burn however it seems very slight and likely just cause by the HF soil…
