What strain is it?? Indicas will be more squat by nature. Sativa gets tall and thin

They are contractor halogen mounted to a tripod for height adjustment may not be the best light but I already had it and cash flow is very very limited
by pinch do you mean just pinch the stock shut or cut it off completely

With the current state of my plant what light cycle should it be on ?
I shoot for fimming on the new growth, if I miss and take a bigger bite than was necessary no worries its a top. I try to fim the plant (inside) until its a nice bush and then flower for a flat surface area for the light to interface with the growing surface of the plant. Outdoors is a different animal.
