Smear a lil honey on it and quick wrap of black tape and be good as new in a couple weeks.
You Might give it a lil support till its stronger by adding a small stick. Chop stick Anything will work. :+1:

Dont worry. Looks like a typical supercrop when mains get too tall. If you ever split a brach of the main, then add some honey or aloe to the break and wrap her up with something stretchy. I use white plumbers tape. She will re-adhere her self and be stronger at the break. Here are a few pics of my bads.

In the last pic above, you can see the 2 branches affected showed no evidence of the damage once she repaired herself.

As above splint and tape for a week or 2. Once she heals remove splint. No sweat!

Hi Thank you for reply. I started doing someth because felt like there is too little time - the damaged place started to become brown\black dunno…

So what i did:
I tore off wooden sticks on the street, threw them in boiling water for 5 minutes (to avoid illnesses) and tied them up.

I applied a medical plaster to the damaged area.
But I didn’t think about putting something under the patch…

Is it crucial to add honey or better not disturb her now?
i think i still can run to the honey shop before it close

thank you!

If she is already splinted and wrapped I would leave her. The honey/aloe has antiseptic properties. Just an added precaution. Keep an eye on the growth above the break. If it starts to look like it is dying over the next few days let us know.

I found that med patch falls of for some reason, so I bought honey already and going home to do how you guys said.

Looks like she is fine. She is already looks happy and looking for some light, some leafs above the break growing.

when it will be time to unwrap her? Or it better to hold tape as long as it does not interfere with growth

I usually leave the bandaid on for 2 weeks. Glad she is okay. Have a pic of the area and the growth above the break?
