Early preflower?

hey guys,

looking for some help.
My auto started off very good and healthy, but now she seems to be pre-flowering??

She is only 13 days old and very small (3.5 inch/9cm)

If so, there’s not much I can do about it, right?

I mean, it wouldn’t be the worst thing if she started real flower in 1-2 weeks, since my growing area is very limited.
but now…

What do you think?
Thanks!!

I see no signs of preflowering in the pics provided. Are you seeing calyxes at other nodes? I see no calyxes. I only see stipules at the nodes.

All preflower means is that the plant is sexually mature. If an auto she should flower in a week or 2 after you start seeing calyxes at the nodes.

Flowering at 3 weeks isn’t that uncommon for autos. We’ve seen a few flower at 2 weeks. Most will flower at between 4 and 7 weeks. You have to take what you get with autos. Suggest growing photoperiod plants if you want to control when the plant flowers.

Here is a pic of node calyxes you might find useful. The calyxes will look like pods connected to the nodes of the plant.

Quick Update…
She is now in the 6th week of flower.
I know that I still have to wait a little bit, but how much?
What do you think?
As always, thank your for all the help!

Ripeness has two factors,
1 - Nearly all pistils browned and receded,
2 - Milky Trichomes on the flower buds, not the sugar leaves
When you have “Both” conditions then you are ready.
One may happen before the other and often does. Milky trichs can appear weeks before they are ready. The harvest window is not a short critical event.
Once you get there it will last days if not a couple weeks depending on the plant.

You look like you have a month to go.

Heyy,

Now she already looks kind of ready for harvest.
I can also see a lot of milky and amber trichomes. Only a few pistils are still white.

Can I harvest on the weekend or should I wait another week?
