Droopy leaves on flower only

Hi there! Second indoor grow of Gold Leaf autoflower. I’m in about the third week of flower. Tent is 2x2x5. HLG 135 light on 100% with a 18/6 schedule. FFOF in 5 gallon cloth pots. Flushed one week ago with sledgehammer and watered with nutes yesterday. 2tsp calmg, 75% recommended dosage of FF big bloom, grow big, tiger bloom and boomerang. Ph in at 6.4, 5.8 out. 1300 ppm in, 1630 out. Plant has looked great all along, and still does except the leaves on the flower go straight down. They are still fairly firm, just don’t stick out. Next water will be straight ph’d water. Thoughts on flower leaves?

Possibly over watered? Have you watered i between the flush and now? Possibly heat/light stress as well. Your leaves are tacoing a little.

I watered 4 days after the flush, but the soil was almost completely dry. I did crank the light up about a week ago from about 75% to 100%

What are your temps and humidity and how much you watered ?

68 degrees, 46% humidity. Water just until runoff. Takes about a gallon and a quarter to gallon and a half. Wait until pot is almost dry before watering. Light was 12” from top of plant and cranked up full. Moved light to 19” and dialed back the intensity of the light just now. Probably only have another 3-5” light can go up

Is your pot light ? Or heavy ?

Did the droopy leaves start after sledgehammer flush?

I had leaves taco and droop a little after flushing with Sledgehammer about 25% of the time until I saw the fine print at the top of the latest Fox Farms Feeding Schedule that suggests adding Boomerang to the Sledgehammer flush. Since then I’ve never had a problem.

I’d also like to suggest adding the “extras” like boomerang and cal-mag and any other Bush Doctor products you might have on the water days. That way you can keep ppms under control, not too much on any one day.

Are these pics taken after a long day of lights on? I run 6/2 light schedule to stop the droop. Since you’re in flower I’d just set it at 12/12. That 135 in a 2x2 had plenty of light to hit your DLI in 12 hours. You will also want to start adding in some epsom salt on your water only days (fox farms nutes are light on magnesium) Start at about 1 teaspoon/ gallon per week.

Some good suggestions above.

Your temps are low, and shouldn’t have to run a 135 kit 18 hours in a 2x2.

Yesterday it was still fairly heavy from being watered the day before

Good deal. I used boomerang after the flush, not with it

I’ll change up the light cycle to 12/12. Should the intensity be dialed back, or can I crank it to 100%? I’m using calmg. Should I use the epsom too?

I never had an issue when I grew in a 2x2. It did heat up the tent a little bit so I had to move the driver outside of the tent.

I can’t suggest anything different than what everyone already suggested.

She’s back to looking like the little champ I know she can be! I’m guessing it was too bright and too close. Either way I’ll keep in mind all the suggestions. Thanks for all the help. I’ll slowly dial the light back up and see how she reacts. All you guys kick ass.

@BobbyDigital do you recommend both calmg and epsom on water only days?

When I’m in flower I discontinue calmag and go with straight epsom salt. I haven’t really ran into calcium issues in flower. It’s always magnesium. Especially with the qb lights.
