Upon opening the tent this morning, I noticed just one girl drooping dramatically! She was fine 8hrs ago. In that time our weather changed from high 60s to snowing last night. Good ol AZ weather for you! Now, the plant affected is also the one closest to the little rectangular shaped vent on the side of the tent. Could it be the colder intake air that caused it? The tent temp was a little lower than usual when I opened it but still at 74°F. She doesn’t seem to be crispy and doesn’t really need water(soil still damp about an inch below surface) Lights just went out so ill just have to keep my fingers crossed for now. Any advice or knowledge on this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks grow gang!
Well, 12 hrs later and she’s fine. Im guessing it was the cold, dry air from the vent intake. Phew!!
Filling up good
Was this droop towards the end of their light cycle? Think they may have just processed all the light they were going to and went to sleep. Really don’t think those temps had anything to do with it. A few weeks back when the cold snap knocked out power for most of Texas, my flower girls sat in the dark in 40* temps for 3 days and didn’t droop. My veg plants did though after a couple days.
It was minutes before lights out. I read a few things about them “posturing” before light changes. That would explain it a bit. But why the one? Man I love this s**t! So many variables, its a perfect hobby!
Each plant is their own animal. They are essentially individuals. This is why I run a bunch of separate lights so I can raise, lower, increase intensity, decrease intensity depending on the plant that’s underneath each light.
