Looks like a thrips infestation.
Neem oil or spinosad will take care of that.
@Hellraiser what hellraiser said Neem oil I only use a little bit though I burnt my plant leaves last time and I only put it on when lights are off cause the light will burn your plant with neem oil on it it’s pretty strong

Advice plese,how many ml nem oil i have to mix with 1 lt.water.
After spraying with this oil how many % my plant will be good?
5 ml neem oil to 1 liter water, I like to add a few drops of dishwashing liquid as well, shake the hell out of it it, apply heavily, tops and bottoms of leaves, everywhere, turn off lights for a few hours. Anything not too eaten up will recover.

Thrips is a type of insect that loves eating on plants. One gets in your house, finds your grow space and starts reproducing until you get an infestation.
how is it formed ? from moisture?
