Days in flowering? Days from seed isn’t really relevant.

Do you have a jeweler’s loupe or a cheap USB microscope with which to look at the trichomes? Your individual taste in trichome maturity should drive your harvest timing.

Sounds like she is ready. Harvest when the trichomes are where you want them.

She looks like she might be ready. You want to check trichomes on the buds but not on the sugar leaves. Sugar leaves can be deceiving they can sometimes show amber weeks before the plant is actually ready. However she looks pretty damn close and definitely in the window. Happy harvesting.

I’ve had a great streak of success by skipping the scope. When pretty much all the pistils shrivel and hug the calyx I’ll chop. However when you get a cultivar that produces uncommon pistil formations, or few to no pistils i resort to using the scope. Just looking at those pics I’d say she’s good to go. I’d bet you’re mostly cloudy with a good deal of amber popping up. But you never know til you check.

90 days for an auto is certainly about the right time frame… I usually cycle my autos 90-100 days from seed. Of course there’s always variables like environment, strain, sativa or indica, etc…
Simply based on the info you provided and the pics, Id say chop anytime your ready.

Nice grow, enjoy !! :v:

Here’s a pic of Purple Lemonade that I ran for 90 days over the spring:
