Newbie here my first grow. I have 2 northern lights and 1 white widow I believe are ready for harvest. I was shooting for 30% amber something to help sleep yet not be totally couch lock right away but I have no idea. I was going to do a final flush today and it is time to water , however today I checked my tryches an noticed bunch of amber, opposed to a few days ago I didn’t see much of any just cloudy. My question really is do I have time for a final flush, let soil dry then harvest or should I just harvest now being soil is dry. I included 3 pics one of each plant any help would be great. I’ve been using ffocean and advanced nutrients sensi bloomAB,candy,big bud ,I have the flawless finish arriving today.
I am curious. This is a great question. I hear mixed stories on flushing. Some say its not necessary and some say its mandatory if you want good tadting smoke. I am following

I never flush
I have done flush on my first grow then hear it’s not worth it so I went without it and honestly I could tell no difference. Just give it last watering before dark period with water to push some or most out of the soil otherwise there really is not much of a difference in my eyes and taste buds lol. Even to look at the burnt ash it’s still a nice light gray color. Dark gray to blackish look they say still has something in the material and that causes the darker ash. I’ve never seen it so far growing and I’m on almost 3 years and quite a few grows down.
Never flush myself haven’t ever had an issue. I think the only reason you would flush is because of salt buildup but the nutrients you are using should tell you that. Welcome to the Canna-Fam

I’ve flushed before harvest and really did not notice any difference. I still do only ph’d water the last week, but I grow in coco, so it’s everyday waterings. I do this because by this time the leaves are changing color and nutrients aren’t going to do much more by that point.
