Do C02 bags really makes much of a difference?

I’ve seen quite a bit of people using C02 bags and I’m curious if they really make a big difference or not?

No, they do not. Hanging out in your grow room would do more.

Yup, if you got a few plants, then breathing on them or in the tent will do more than a bag. There is about 450 ppm’s of Co2 (.04%) in the air naturally. When we exhale, each breath is 95% humidity, 98ºF and contains 40,000 ppm’s of CO2 (4.0%) which is 100x what is in the air.

For CO2 to be effective it has to be run at high partial pressures, in a sealed environment, very high intensity lights and special efforts made to reject heat and humidity. Oh yeah; and the roots have to have O or they will suffocate in CO2.

Typically done in hydro to push insane nutrient levels to go along with the high light intensity. It can and has been done but it’s technical and very expensive.

Definitely had my suspicions that they didn’t do much if anything thank you all for the input and saving me some extra $
