I would definitely dry it a few days first, then decarb it. I make oil quite a lot for my wife to use in brownies, and that’s how I do it.

I make concentrates. You definately want to dry your buds before you process. Now, there is a way around this, but there is still a process to collect the trichomes and it still has to dry and then be decarbed.
