Discolouration and stunted growth

G’day everyone!

I’m currently growing my first couple OG plantd in the backyard and have run into a couple of issues. These plants are being grown outdoors in my courtyard (I’m located in Canberra Australia - where recreational growth is only legal when grown outside).

Early on in the growth I had some issues with soil quality so I replaced the cheap potting mix with a measured combination of coco coir, perlite, organic compost and nutrient pellets. The three plants seemed to be in great shape after this transition.

However, two of the three plants have remained very small (despite being planted at the same time as the third large plant). They’ve had the same soil mix and nutrient pellets, so I’m unsure how they became stunted. These two smaller ones haven’t discoloured yet though.

The third larger plant seemed to be growing excellently, until it recently started discolouring (especially during midday/afternoon).

This was my first grow, so I wasn’t expecting the best harvest, but the plants have started flowering now so it’d be great to any last minute tips!

Plants look both over-watered and hungry. This is possible if media was not buffered into a PH range that cannabis is happy with.

So my question is: did you add any dolomitic lime or gypsum? Do you have a digital PH meter (calibrated) to perform a slurry test? I’ll bet you will find media is below 5.0 PH.

As @Myfriendis410 said, it looks like a soil issue.

Yeah Agree, next run will be better

Also looks like buttons formed on two smaller plants. If they are flowering, that is pretty much it for growth.

I agree larger plant looks hungry. Lack of nutrients or locked out from improper ph.
