Looks like your roots are not getting enough oxygen. Are you using a recirculating pump in the reservoirs?
@AgroNov, you may want to start a new tread. And ask for advice on a droopy hydro plant. I have never used a RDWC before.

I think that type of system needs a recirculating pump as well as the air stones.
Maybe @HappyHydroGrower, can help, I think he uses a DIY RDWC system.

Water level needs to be about 1.5” - 2” below the netpot.
I key is right about water level too high causing plant to look droopy.
Another cause can be root issues. How do the look?
Are they white’ish in color?

Roots look fine see nice creamy white almost translucent newer growth side feeder fingers straight out seem to have slight salt build up solution should I drench to rinse off? I had water level higher near net since roots were bigger I lessened water level have 2 saucer air stones each tote air pump does 320gph .
