hi people I had a little problem I got a defficany early on flushed it out started again with my feeding cycle got everything dailed in now and correct but because of the damaged leaves I never defoliated like I would normally I wanted to make sure the plant had enough healthy leaves but then I switched I’m at day 11 of flower and now I got to much foliage blocking flower sites I normally take everything of that don’t reach the net (I scrog) should I go in now ? I normally do it before switch then after the end of stretch, do you think I should just wait to end of stretch don’t want to stress and anymore

You should be fine to defoliate enough to expose the bud sites. Sounds like your plant is healthy enough to tolerate it.
I tend to defoliate the middle of the plant to open it up and leave all fans leaves around the outside.

Pictures would help. A little defoliation doesn’t hurt if done properly, but hard to say without seeing.
thanks peeps the plants are really healthy now and opened up just loads of leaves now, @dbrn32 my lights are of now they don’t go on for another 3 hrs so pics later I didn’t want to cause any stress again after bringing them back to full health I never had a deficiency around the switch time I think I just going to do it it’s more about making sure I get the energy to top of the plants on bud sites instead of some being wasted near the bottom. what I’m trying to avoid by using scrog, thanks @shindig153
