Hello friends, I know not to compare other plants to mine but I saw someone’s who seedling at day 11 had like 6-8 big True leaves Compared to mine is there a reason, or could it simply just be genetics.
I got my seeds from ILGM - white widow.
My Temps have been great and I still have a humidity dome on it. Its growing but should I be worried?

No. The seedling looks pretty healthy. Be careful to not overwater. Overwatering can slow growth. A seedling that size needs only a couple ml of water per day.

I wouldn’t be to concerned, she’s just putting down her roots. Be careful on your watering!

Okay awesome, I just watered it that’s why the soil is like that. I water every other day or so depending on the soil moisture level. I also water the surrounding area just in case the roots are moving around.
Seems a little to often. I’d water a little further away from plant.
So water like once a week? The last day I watered was 3 days ago?
Just depends you soil looks a little dry around the edges I’ water on the edge. Maybe every 4 to 5 days. Let those roots search for water!

Yeah the seedling is only 11 days old so I water the surrounding area for the roots to spread out for water. every week I will water a larger radius for that exact reason. I do use a moisture meter to tell me if my Soil is wet dry or really wet. So I don’t usually guess or use the finger method to water

Sounds good your on the right track
Place a solo cup over your seedling when you water. It prevents any potential splashing of water or nutrients on your plant as well as creates a natural watering ring. This will force the plant to grow more roots in search of the water thats just outside of its reach. And continue to use the dome in the mean time

I’m still a believer in starting in a solo cup until leaves reach over the edges of the cup. This one is 9 days. I transplanted a couple days later.

You would be surprised how many people on the internet blatantly lie or distort. Your plant is normal size for a big pot.

It is small but it looks healthy. I would keep it watered and give it a little longer.
