Was wondering what the chances of loosing two of my biggest main colas are I was tieing them down and heard a small snap and where one of the original topped locations split there was a small split in the stem I relieved the pressure and taped the wound right back together my question is wat are the chances I’m going to loose both those main colas ?
Iv had the same thing happen to me and thought i was going to lose it but i did the same as u did and they end up being good size the plant looked like it was going to die for a few day then came back and did better then my other plants and it happened around week 6 of flower so it could be ok but not to shur just letting u no what mine did
You did exactly right. You can also put a drop of honey on the wound before closing it which can help. The plant will grow a knuckle there and be stronger than before.
Phew thanks for the reassurance I was wurried I’m going into flower on Sunday and these two colas are going to be very full fingers cross
Yeah, I’ve snapped a few big colas. Some honey and tape fixed even the dangly ones.
It will be fine. Done it before
