So it’s been a while since my first grow, and I decided it was time to give it another go.
It’s been a week or two now since germinating and a couple of the plants started to get kinda wrinkly. Curious if anyone can give me an idea of what’s going on?
I don’t really know what the ph of the water has been yet. I really need to start testing it.
An 18-6 light cycle.
Spider farmer sf4000 light.
Oceans forest soil (does how old it is really matter that much? It’s been sealed new in the bag for a year or two now.)
I haven’t been giving them any nutrients or anything yet, just a little water once a day so far. Initially I think I was overwatering so I cut it back quite a bit now over the last week.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Really need to know runoff ph or do a slurry test. Its gotta be ph related.
The pot looks way to dry. Your rite ph ph
It could be dry soil also, but notice the discoloration of the leaves?
One donates to the other need moisture to get ph.
Yeah this was right before I watered so the top soil does look pretty dry. I checked an inch or two down and it still seemed pretty moist. Maybe I cut back the watering a little tooo much. When they started to get kinda puffy and wrinkly looking I thought I was over watering so I let it dry out pretty good for a couple days, and cut it back quite a bit. Maybe just a little fine tuning on the watering and actually start testing ph should take care of it?
Yes sir it would help nice looking plant.
Appreciate the help! I’m sure I’ll be back at some point for another refresher.
I’m dreaming of the day I get back to this stage of the grow.
A couple of my plants on the first grow had some pretty sweet coloration. Two of these plants are seeds from the same batch.
@SavageFC3S diggin the colors!
That looks amazing! I would just sit there and stare at it all day! Hahah
Looks like a PH issue, what’s the temps, RH and light height above the plant
