I was training my plant and I noticed the middle of the stem cracked so I used wire to hold it together but I was wondering if it is going to heal properly or if I need to do something else to it.

It will heal. Put some honey on it

Honey and a wrap of electrical tape will ensure it is fine.

Grafting tape works wonders on splits, still lets them breathe.

Works great. I also use pipe cleaners. You will be just fine with a strong plant.

what you have done there looks good honey works another tip that hasn’t been said is the stems at the top if you can support them from the top like run a line from the ceiling and just support them eventually it’ll grow back together. I’ve had them split and it doesn’t grow back together as long as they don’t get too heavy and fall and break all the way you’re fine
it’s hard to see, but that one split just like yours
