Howdy Don
I had it a couple of years ago, that does not look like it to me.

Looks like some kind of pest damage.

I’ve got those same spots on my One plant.
Powdery mildew looks like a white powder that someone sprinkled on the leaves. Can be a whole leaf or blotches.
Peroxide mixed with clean water. 1/4 cup to a quart of water.
Spray early morning or after dark

Looks closer to thrips damage. Check for bugs.

I used a jewelers loop and took a closer look and discovered spider mites. I have some Bonide Eight insect control spray I could use, but I’d rather try some home remedies if anybody here knows of some. The buds are still small and immature, so the plants still have a lot of growing and bulking left to do.

Captain Jacks Deadbug will work in flowering for mites. Stay vigilant!

I agree with @Covertgrower Use Captain jacks dead bug its safe to use up until harvest. Dont use Bonide 8 it has
Permethrin as its active ingredient.

Stolen from the internet
Exposure to Permethrin can cause headache, dizziness, fatigue, excessive salivation, muscle weakness, nausea and vomiting . ► Permethrin may affect the liver …

Thanks for the advice guys. Just applied some Deadbug and will reapply again in a few days. A little over 3 weeks into blooming.
