Yeah that’s a good time to go water only. On those with a lot of white pistils still, could probably feed for another week before going to water only. Looks great, nice chunky buds!

got it. Thank you

heres my clones and they are taking forever to revege. some still have calyx… they are under hlg65s 24hr light. Any thing else I can do to help force the issue? Or do i just have to wait it out and keep topping? These havent reveged aside from a few correct? @Hellraiser

The ones pushing out the single finger and/or non-serrated leaves have revegged, just takes a bit longer to get back to normal and nothing you can do but wait. Reveg takes a long time, only worth it to me when I really want to save some genetics.

I din’t realize how long it would take and thought I could save on some seed money and get some experience in. However they are taking a long time.

Is it just me or is there some major fox tailing going on there?
@Jackie_Daytona can you give us a couple close up focused bud shots

@Nicky Yup, you’re right. Either light stress or just genetics. It still smokes great

The style looks genetics but without knowing the environment it’s hard to assume.

I cant think of anything else that can cause foxtails.

some of these are showing a good amount of fox tailing but my vpd is in line for the most part. I’m thinking genetics on some of these. the plant that was really fox tailing fattened right up. My temps are low 80s mis 70s with rh 50-60. I havent seen any taco leaves or stress signs. Leaf temps with the laser are always 80 or lower.

Its funny because my temps and VPD were way out of control first grow compared to this run for a longer period of time and I had less foxtailing I think.

I was reading where foxtailing in some strains is wanted for pressing rosin as there is more surface area for trichomes. But my press money got tied up in the market(no comment). So thats on hold.
I really would like more space in the future for water hash extraction. I really think thats an science/art I could get into.

My weekly vpd average is 1.35 at mid 70s low 80s

What’s your DLI?

I have no idea now. Ill have to take the ipad and try and get a lux reading and convert it if thats a thing. My phone doesnt go high enough.

Yeah you’ll need a LUX app and get an average reading from multiple places in the canopy.
Then punch it into a LUX to PPFD calculator (ensure its the right one for your type of chips) then that into a DLI calculator.
