Hey man I was going to reply to your post last night but I’m at work (standby paramedic) and had to work in the middle of my reply haha.
Anyways things sound good, my VPD isn’t ever perfect either but we get it as close as we can to perfect right.
The best we can do is try the best we can do to provide a perfect environment.
Without industrial controls and sealed rooms it’s impossible.
However it all makes a difference and this can be notice by looking at your tricombs size and density, how they compare to your first grow to your current grow.
Your vegging so control light by node spacing. Then once stretch starts smash em with 40-60 DLI depending how hard you want to push em and how well your fresh air is.
Be prepared to keep an eye out for calcium deficiencys at that point though
plants look droopy today like they need water. its been 4 days since transplant. but pots are still heavy. moisture meter is still reading wet and promix feels like it has moisture. @Hellraiser@ashhhh@Nicky@Covertgrower could the moisture be in the bottom of the pot mostly where the roots just havent made it?
75F Rh 55 120w@24 humidity has dropped drastically since yesterday which leads me to believe the pots have a lot less moisture in them.
I went ahead and gave water against all better judgment., i made this decision by lifting a completely dry bucket with 5 gallons of promix and comparing it to the potted plants. it was lighter compared but we dont want promix to completely dry i was told. I also stuck my fingers very deep. no it wasnt not dry once again but seemed to just be holding moisture. no water came out when i squeezed it. I am also only used to 5 gallon pots with soil and knowing what they feel like saturated not the promix aside from transplant day.
So they got watered with jacks full strength and tribus to about 950-1000ppm 6-6.1 ph Ro no up or down needed. May have been a mistake but we will find out.
Mine does that too sometimes, they seem droopy but if theyre heavy I let them be. They end up perking up again the next day. Could be overwatering. I never let my pots go 4 days without water. If thats the case for you because they still seem to be a little heavy or wet then maybe give them less water with each feeding/watering.
Lets see how things turn up later today or tomorrow.
I keep forgetting to add some mosquito bits as I have seen a few fungus gnats in the house and with the extra water in the pots from veg i don’t want any issues. I also havent got any fulvix acids and keep forgetting to add my silica. they have only got one shot of silica so far.
plants look good today,. big growth spurt.
I will probably do some lst tomorrow unless i should give it a couple more days?
not sure yet.
I want to get some branches pulled back and down to open the plant up .
training day.
I just bent some branches down and tied them off with soft wire tie to the pots. I had a few ut oh moments. One appears fatal. No droopy leaves on the others. I slapped some honey on and braced them. So fingers crossed.
Next watering plants are getting a full dose of silica blast as it has been a while and some recharge.
