Hey, complete noob and maybe I’m being paranoid but there seems to be a slight twist in the leaves. Is this light/heat stress?
Curling leaves is often a pH problem. Have you been pH adjusting your waterings, or are you using RO or distilled water? What soil are you growing in?
I wouldn’t worry about it if your pH is in line.
Welcome to the forum.
My Ph meter in enroute (amazon) so can’t really tell but I am in a soft water area if that helps anything. I should get my meter and ph up/down over new few days. She be fine till then?
More then likely yes
One of the most common issues for all growers not just new, is over watering in the early stages.
The media looks very wet, it’s not necessarily an issues, but it can effect root development and even root rot.
I’d say don’t water anymore untill you have the ph pen, then go easy on the frequency of watering, allowing the pot to dry out before watering again.
The best way to tell when to water no matter the size, is by feel of the weight of the pot.
Notice now when its saturated, that its kinda heavy, once the water is gone, it will be light weight.
We can’t see the water in the pots and sticking a finger in (as many do) is not very accurate.
But we can easily feel the difference in weight of a dry pot and a wet pot.
I’ve been doing weekly watering 100ml at a time, but she was only done two days ago, which might be why she looks wet.
I wasn’t going to water again till Sunday by then I should be all set up and can adjust PH
Thanks for the help
Other than the obvious, it looks fairly healthy though?
I say I been doing weekly watering but it’s only 1 week 3 days old. So it’s only been once lol
It’s amnesia lemon - barney’s farm BTW
Under spider farmer 1000s
(I had no luck germinating RQS whatsoever!!!)
Oh yeah, looks healthy to me
They can look all kinds of weird in the beginning, and usely straighten out as they grow.
I’m willing to bet your good but it never hurts to check.
My ladies sometimes do that and I’m under 12 spider farmer 1000 lights. They will grow more leaves and those will die off pretty quick. Nothing to worry about.
