Looking for some help here with my first attempt at cloning.
Roots started on day 11, currently day 15.
RO Water + hydroguard has been 73-74 deg/5.5-6.1ph.
Room has been at 76 deg/82% RH, bumped down to 75% today.
The newest growth was drooping early on, perked back up, and now they are clawing pretty badly and there’s discoloration in a few of the older leaves.
I am wondering if I should start feeding while they finish developing a root system large enough to move to buckets. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
Yep you certainly can! Just very very light feeding. Essentially now that your plants have roots they are aeroponic!
Also they will need to recover from their ordeal too. Soon you should just transpkant them
Thanks! I was also informed that RO water is insufficient, no nutrients whatsoever available. I am going to do a light feeding until they are long enough for the buckets.
I use mostly gro and micro 1 ml per .5 gallon of water gets me right around 200ppm. Seems to work great. I pushed my most recent set to 400ppm as soon as I saw a root bump, and ended up stalling her for a week.
Yeah, go super light on any nutes, in fact I steer clear of grow totally and favor anything you have that boosts root production.
The plants need roots and water with a very small amount of N
