Pick your brain… 5 week old Runtz growing great. Thought I was seeing flowers but at 5 weeks? Made 5 clones, they all took, but now the clones are flowering. This is my first experience in cloning. Will I still get “normal” growth out of the plant? Or am I wasting time? One with 2 flowers is a Gadfather OG branch I accidentally broke off while trimming. Thank you for your time.
These are all great questions that I would love to know the answers to. I never read up on cloning.
But on the branch that broke you can always tape things up. I love the trim leaves and throughout my time I’ve cut a few branches that I didn’t want off on accident tape support all of them lived but they had a big knuckle at that spot lol. Here’s a pic that happened a few weeks ago and she’s all on her own now
The Godfather OG little lower branch buds were like glue. They didnt just break, they severed off.
Forgot to add Runtz clones are only 2 weeks old.
Must be autos if flowering already or light cycle set to 12/12. Would not clone a auto if case, waste of time imo
They were feminizied seeds. Planned on planting outside so they were sitting next to slider door. I wasnt attempting to get them to flower, guess its in the genetics. Was my first time cloning.
They must be getting too much dark time then. Go with 18 hrs of light. Possibly got sent auto’s by mistake as well???
Not bothered by flowering, just wondering if they will experience normal growth.
Not sure what u mean. They will reveg and get funky growth, but will grow out of it. Ive monstercropped clones many times. But your saying they started to flower after the fact unless i misunderstood. After 21 days of flower, there is no new growth topically. Only the bud fills in.
Yes clone started flowering after 2 weeks. I am seeing some growth, just didnt know if would flower instead of growing. First time so I may not be clear with the terminology. I just dont know what final clone would look like. Will it be 6 inches tall with 1 bud, or flourish into a big girlie. I was excited that cloning actually worked for me. Thanks for the response.
