Start in the shade first, then work your way to the light after a couple of days.

Check your daylength calendar here: Sunrise and Sunset Calculator
You can veg under lights until your days are 14 hours. Then move outdoors.

13hrs and 51min haha close but if i just wanna put it outdoors to get sun and at night bring it back in my tent would that affect anything?

It will affect your electricity costs. The sun is free.
I move back and forth when in small pots. In 5 gallons or larger I stop lifting. Maybe if you have heavy rain or hail storm, you could move it. Until it gets 3 feet tall.

Privacy may also be an issue. Some local rules don’t “allow” outdoor grows.

Yeah, that will work. If you get Lucky, your plants will be too big to move pretty soon.

Mine are 4 weeks old. I plan to cut maybe 3 clones from the lower branches soon. Moving outdoors in a week.
