Nice. Another impact on stalk size is lst and veg time.
The ones I’ve abused the most (photos) seem to get the largest stalks.

My last grow the stem was thicker than ur thumb probably twice the size

Yeah lst for sure.
Lighting, amount of wind and silica will also determ stock thickness.

I dont use Silica i have a really good air flow thou and i lst a fair bit and im running a 300 watt quantum board LED light that has Samsung LEDs in it and it’s in a Mars hydro 160 high by 70 wide tent plus im running two 4inch inline fans and three fans in the tent for air flow
