7 gallon.
There looking great just with the white widow they can go up to 13-14 weeks in flower some even longer

I’m just worried about the one in the back she just started to flower and i know she will stretch for about a week or so but im running out of height in my tent to raise the light anymore. right now I’m in a gorilla Grow Tent. im at 7 feet but i can’t put the 1 foot height extension on to make it 8 foot because my ceiling isn’t high enough for it.

You can probably get away with some training to manage the height. May be too stiff for LST but you can supercrop the tallest branches.
