@Jjman
U may be burning them at 10" away mate.
Yes that very well could be lift them up another 10" to start so they are 20" above canopy level
Will do thanks a lot
My pleasure keep us posted
Sorry about that I meant MJT or magic Tokar and the rest thanks all again
I transplanted autos as well so far I haven’t really noticed any difference in the hardiness of the plant and it’s growth rate I have topped them as well
i have five autos that i am going to transplant today, none have started flowering yet so im hoping for the best. i started them dec.12 and they are already shooting roots out of one gallon pots,i can only go up to two gallon pots due to space issues. any input would be apreceated
I transplanted all of mine and it seems like they are doubling in a week they should be fine too I am going to have to go to larger pots that I have good luck should be fine
I have a question it’s not related to the post really but I have a question as far as I live in Florida around the Tampa area and wanted to know if I could take some of these auto flowers there outgrowing my space and put them outside temperatures here are averaging in the mid-80s during the day and night on around 50s to 60s would it be OK to move outside Thanks again for all your all’s help and help me very much
Yes you are able to do that
Thank you kind sir have a wonderful weekend
checking in it’s been about a month and a half total all plants are doing well thanks to the team I switched fertilizer to a 5- 13- 26 seems to be doing much better raise lights as suggested , started adding calcium nitrate and Epsom salt magnesium sulfate in small amounts seems to of helped I have burned a few of them but they’re coming back I started 24 total they’re all 24 hour alive so I am starting to move more and more outside is my space is small inside but they seem to be doing well I switch them back-and-forth inside and outside and all seems to be going OK ,need to transplant to at least 3 gallon pots and I wish I had more space outside that was hidden but oh well will try to make to make two hope this picture comes out they’re not growing very fast but they’re growing very healthy happy growing thanks to all
You should really shoot for an 18-6 … As far as lighting goes it just helps so much to make your plants healthy …not sure if a lot of people agree with me but experience tells me 18/ 6 works really well and some people will say that’s crazy …24 hours light… zero Darkness… I beg to differ , because my plants grow faster and more in the dark than they ever do in the light… just so you know …why is it that we take plants and take them from 18/6 to 12/12 …because they grow more in the dark than they do in the light …so it’s a happy medium between figuring out how much light they need to how much Darkness it needs and how well it will benefit us…
What you said makes sense. Will reset today to 18/6.Uploaded pics but they didn’t come out. Will try again later Thanks for the advice. Have a wonderful day.Uploading…]()
hey @Jjman as mentioned transplanting autos is not a big deal. i’ve done it numerous times without fail,in fact they have grown beyond my control.lol i’m like you i have limited space and should have just planted like three instead of six. over ambition on my part. just take care not to mess with root system very much and put in other pot quickly. just my ten cents worth
What I meant to say earlier is I planted 24 seeds and all 24 are still alive my timers are set for 20 on and 4 off but I am going to go to the 18 on and six off and I believe you’re right that’s going to be much better I know I need to transplant I’m probably going to this weekend it just takes up more room but I’ll figure something out thanks again
<img i’ll keep in mind this is underneath a 6’ x 2.5’ table with bricks underneath it and lights hanging from it and a canvas around it but so far it’s doing what it needs to do the ones that I have put outside are doubling but I just am afraid that I might get scene so doing what I have to do and these are 90% autos and they sure smell good so hoping everything works out OK and thank you all for all your help have a good evening eveningsrc=“//cdck-file-uploads-global.s3.dualstack.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/growingmarijuana/original/3X/2/a/2a2349a9c4d0569d7983c404ac7e11693955293f.JPG” width=“666” height=“500”>
