How many times do you guys typically top a plant? I’m trying to maximize the the width of my plant by topping and bending the new growth under my netting, but I don’t wanna overdo this and stress my plant out to the point where it may herm on me. This is the first time I’ve attempted this many slices on one plant. I think I’ve topped about 5-6 times now. I never take more than two at a time and I’ve been giving her a week in-between each one. Is there such a thing as too much?

Are you trying to train the whole width of the tub area?
You gotta remember when you flip, she could triple in size, then youll have a lot of work to do.
That is my plan yes. Only had one seed germinate outta five and by the time I got more seeds Large Marge here was already getting big. Typically I top 3 times max, so I’m a little out of my comfort zone messing with her this much. I’m probably overthinking it, but I wanted to get some advice before I continue or go too far and she herms on me. I’ve only had one other plant herm on me from stress and it’s an experience I would like to avoid going forward.

I usually top my plants 3 times before flipping them with a 10 to 12 week veg time. The topping generally occurs at weeks 4, 6, and 8.

@MidwestGuy she hasn’t even been in my table 30 days yet. Those pics were from yesterday. She’s a fat happy girl and I wanna keep her that way. I think I’m gonna take some clones Wednesday, and start flower sometime near Halloween.
