Im at the end of week 7 flower stage wedding cake photos, can i begin to remove some of these fan leaves around the buds

You can remove any that are blocking light or air .

Its hard to tell from that angle. You might selectively start taking tye dead and dying fan leaves. Let the middle of tue plant get a bit more light. But she looks good and happy to me. Nice job.
