Can anyone ID this culprit?

I had a run in with powdery mildew and used a combo fungicide/insecticide and it beat the mildew out of my grow tent in two applications, then almost immediately after I got these brown spots, I thought the spray burned them at first but it seems to be spreading and I think it’s a pest issue, anyone wanna guess what it is?

Looks like water droplets that burned from the lighting :love_you_gesture:

If it was a pest issue you would see them on the plant

I would agree with the water droplets as it did it to my gorilla cookies, and looks identical!
