What if it’s a male tho will it ruin my crop that’s almost ready well 3 weeks off and I’ll be putting some more autos in there will it not harm them then ?

Only way to know if its male or female is to wait until you flip and the plant starts showing sex.
@Templeballs pollen will keep for years if stored properly.

There is a time period where male plants can be identified prior to them dropping pollen.

Way too soon for scrogg’n. Plants typically reach sexual maturity around week 6-8 with males showing signs sooner

I’m giving you a 50% chance that it’s a male. Other than that, you have to wait to see if you have pointy calyx (female) or round balls (male). Or, it could grow and be hermaphrodite and be both. Take that all you people that say that there are only two sexes…lol J/K It’s a risk, but it may be worth taking. Only you can decide that before it presents what it is. Good luck with your grow.

Or you can just cut a half inch of leaf and send to Farmer Freeman for genetic testing to determine the sex. Saves a lot of time and frustration rather than waiting and watching and wasting grow time if outdoors. Go to their website to order.

Absolutely, if one doesn’t mind paying for it. My personal opinion is that growing outside is frustrating even when you have female/feminized plants. So I don’t waste my time bothering, but I don’t see it much different to water a couple extra plants that you’re not sure of sex.

Wow I’ve let this girl grow now for like 3 weeks now and not to many pictures but I’m really happy with the rate of growth and size of fan leaves to go by she’s going to be a big girl she’s gonna go on to do great things I hope

Shes going to be thick and bushy. I had a zkittles that grew like this. It was noticeable daily.
