What can I use as a ph down that is safe

Just about any hardware store sells mosquito bits they kill mosquito larvae. They also kill other types of larvae like fungus gnat larvae which is probably what you have in your soil. Its harmless to people and animals.

They also dont like dry soil. Let your soil dry out more before water. Get some Captain jacks dead bug to kill the adults. You can use it during flower.

I’ve heard sulfur does that but I haven’t used it. I still am using PH up and down from general hydroponics.
